Michael's love of aviation began as a child when his father, an aircraft buff, taught him to draw planes and
spent weekends with him at local airports and aviation shows. A California native, Michael has always had a love affair with aircraft.

He soon combined his talent of drawing and painting with the beauty of flight. Specializing in historic military aircraft, Michael is known for his dramatic style and unique composition and has exhibited his work in art gallerys and museums in the US, Canada and Europe.
Working primarily in oils, Michael has sold a number of originals and has published a successful limited edition print.

Michael's formal education in Visual Communications has allowed him to operate a successful Southern California-based graphic design and illustration business for many years, working for major multinational corporations.

Michael's love of painting also extends into the contemporary disciplines of Wildlife, Nature and Southwestern Art.
